Water an underrated factor
Water is the most underrated factor for weight loss. In the last post I spoke about the energy balance equation,today I want to highlight how water can help you stay on the right side of the energy balance equation. If you recall the energy balance equation we need to ensure that our calorie consumption is more than the calorie in take. Water can help us achieve this. How is that ?
